Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! Because each item is made with care, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email hello@symplysyd.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
